Descargas borrosas

Question

Cuando hago un diseño, al momento de descargar se ve borrosa toda la imagen junto con los logos que adjuntamos a ella. ¿Qué se debe de hacer para que se descarguen en buena calidad.?

Hi @SIBONEY31298424yw22, I never had the issue but I'm going to try to gather some suggestions made in this conversation: (you may want to also check the thread yourself to see if I'm missing anything)

- Please confirm if this is happening with all the projects. You may try duplicating the project and check if the same thing happens to it. Since when are you having trouble with this issue? Try using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of
the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device.

- As a workaround, you can try downloading a project as a PDF, then use the 'Convert from PDF' Quick actions to get it back in JPG or PNG format as required.

- If you are a premium, please go to Resize > Custom and increase the resolution.

If you try these and they don't help, please update us here maybe some other expert/designer might have some other suggestions, happy designing!
