Question

Does anybody know how to make Adobe Express completely suck at everything it does?

I have an active subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, which I thought included Adobe Express and all it's premium features. Every time I open the application the home page loads but the second I click on any project, file, template, section, etc. the app just crashes and closes itself. I've attempted uninstalling and then reinstalling  clearing cache, granting all permissions  everything but the app still crashes every time . This is t the first hiccup I've had with Adobe Express and I'm a long time user of Adobe products  6 or 7 years to be precise. It seems like Adobe is just regurgitating low quality apps to add to their vast  ever growing library of programs and tools rather then actually raising their time to develop one that int a buggy mess.

    Hi @Nick Nolte,

Thanks for sharing this, and we’re really sorry to hear how frustrating your experience with Adobe Express has been—especially as a long‑time Adobe customer. We understand how disruptive it is when the app closes immediately after opening a project.

Since you’ve already tried reinstalling, clearing cache, and checking permissions, the next best step is to help us narrow this down. Please let us know your device model, operating system version, and whether this happens with all projects or a specific one. A screen recording showing the crash would be especially helpful if you’re able to share one.

We’ve shared your case with our engineering team for investigation.

To help us investigate this further, could you please let us know whether you’re experiencing this issue on iOS or Android?
Additionally, would you be available for a short debugging session with our team, if needed? This would help us identify the cause more quickly. Thank you for your time and support.

    Regards,

    Mahmoud
