Double charge 2 years

I've been double charged $10 for 2 years. I contacted customer service. They said, I have to try and get my money back from Play Store, Play Store has not been able to be reached Adobe. Got their money , they know I've been double charged. Give me the money back. Plain and simple I will be leaving a negative review everywhere.I can about this
