Question

DOWNLOAD button has simply disappeared from the interface (screenshot attached), and I can no longer download my own work.

As an Adobe Stock contributor, I’ve been invited to become a template contributor for Adobe Express.

I create new designs every day, and at the end of the process, I download them so I can promote both my own work and the platform on social media.

However, in the last few days, the blue DOWNLOAD button has simply disappeared from the interface (screenshot attached), and I can no longer download my own work.

I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, but the problem persists.

Do you know how I can fix this?

    Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using another browser to check if that helps? Did you try signing out and signing back in? Are you on VPN? Is it happening across all projects or just with one?

     

    We’re here to help, just need some info.

    Everything works fine now, I have the download option and the submit option.

    Hi, I have the same problem.  I tried all suggesrtions to fix. How to solve this problem?

    @BCupac we have deployed a fix for this. Could you please check if it’s working now?

    @inklio could you confirm if you are also a template contributor (i.e., you see a “Submit content” button in the header, same as in the screenshot on this post)? If so, the same fix should work for you as well.

    Yes, everything works fine now.
