Download from Adobe Express

Good morning,
I have upgraded my Adobe Photography plan from the old one (20 GB of cloud storage) to the new one (1 TB of cloud storage). Since upgrading, I can no longer download the images I have created with Adobe Express in JPG and PDF format. Can anyone tell me if I now have to subscribe to the Premium Plan in order to download them?

Dear Tarun,

I figured out what the problem was.

The projects I can't download were created with rectangular proportions and then scaled to A4 format. Resize is (has become?) a Premium feature, so you can't download them without a Premium licence.

IMHO, introducing resize as a Premium feature and consequently not allowing downloads is a low blow, at least to those who have seen their Adobe Photography Plan subscription fees increase.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you're getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the error?

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
