Download Issues - Adobe Express

Adobe Express has not allowed me to download any content this week. Has anyone encountered this issue? It doesn’t matter if I want PNG or PDF - it will act like it will download and then says that there is an Adobe Stock outage and to try back later.

      There was an Adobe Stock related outage that could cause exactly this, downloads failing partway with a Stock error, and it's now resolved. So the first thing worth doing is simply trying again:

      • Reload the page or reopen your project, then try the download once more (PNG or PDF).

      If that clears it, the outage was the culprit and you're good.

      If it's still failing after a fresh try, then something beyond the outage is going on, since you mentioned it's been happening all week. In that case, a couple of quick things help me narrow it:

      • Does the download fail on every project, or a specific one? If it's one project, does it contain any Adobe Stock photos or assets? That error can trigger when a Stock asset in the file won't process.
      • Try the same download in an incognito/private window, or a different browser, and a different network if you are on a school/work network. Does it go through there?
      • Are you on the web app or mobile, and which browser and OS?

      Let me know whether the retry fixes it, and if not, what you find with the above. I don't want to tell you it's sorted if it's still tripping you up.
