Question

Download Quality

Hello, I have been designing a logo with Creative Cloud Express and on the app (both on my laptop and andorid mobile) the image quality is perfect, there are no pixilations at all. However, when downloading those images on both my laptop and mobile, the quality is severely downgraded and the logo is pixilated.

We are using the free version of the service but I don't expect that to be the issue. We've used it in the past and the quality has been fine. Unfortunately, this time it isn't and we can't figure out why.

For future trademark reasons I'm unable to share the image.

I'm having the same issues maybe on Adobe express app. I only edit on my cellphone and iPad. When I create the project it is great but when I download the file it saves like this (attached image) this is the cover of my post. The font and everything else is fine but the edges of the shape are discolored. Anytime I add a shape/design it does this.

Hello,

I'm facing the same problem.
I designed logos a few month ago and it's still possible to download those in really good quality.
The logos I designed a few days ago are in really good quality during the design process but when I try to download them they turn out so bad and blurry.

Hi Waves,

I think your post got overlooked on accident. The image output is based on the project dimensions. Since you have a paid membership you might want to try using the Resize feature and entering larger project dimensions and see if that helps. The maximum dimensions are 20 x 20 inches or 6000 x 6000 pixels. If you click resize then custom you can enter new project dimensions.

Hope that helps,
Dave

Just top add, we have signed up for the premium version and tried downloading again, the quality issue is still the same.
