Downloading files

Question

Hi,Anyone else having issues when you select download and after making your selection, it doesnt actually download the file, nor does it ask me where Id like to save it.I havent used adobe in a few weeks, but wasnt having this issue prior.  Thanks in advance.

Thank you for replying! I tried again this morning, it made me sign into my account and when I tried downloading it again, it worked!!!! Very weird, ive tried it with my other files and it works just fine! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

Hi ​@skillful_navigator0ae6,Let's pin down where it's failing, since it sounds like the download just doesn't happen at all after you make your selection.A few things that'll help me narrow it:When you click Download and choose your settings, what happens, does it sit there, show a spinner, flash something briefly, or is it completely silent with no reaction at all?Is it every project, or a specific one? If you try a small, simple project, does that download?Does it happen on both the web app and the desktop app, or just one? And which browser and OS?Does it fail on any project, or only ones you've recently edited?You said it worked a few weeks back, anything change on your side since (browser update, new extensions, a different or work network)?Let me know what you find.Rose
