Downloading PNG and gets stuck at 90% of download

We have been Adobe customers for years and I have never had issues until recently. We are making a calendar (no images just text) and when we go download as a PNG it downloads to 90% and then never completes. Have tried making a duplicate, clearing cache, logging out and logging back in, and nothing seems to work.

 

Am I going to have to restart completely with a different company, because this is getting ridiculous? I am obviously annoyed because we have NEVER had any issues until recently and it is effecting our business.
