Downloading videos

I am trying to download videos through Adobe Express but when the countdown ends, I find nothing in my downloads. PNGs download without problems. I tried clearing browser cache etc but still the same. Is there a bug or has anyone encountered this issue

Hey @Mystic_uniqueness5E81, Welcome to the Adobe Express community!

 

This shouldn't be happening! Is this issue also occurring with other video exports, or is it just with one specific file? Could you share the project with us to investigate this? Have you tried downloading it from a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari) or their incognito/private modes? Try once from the mobile app too to see if that makes any difference. 

Also, can you check once in the video project if there's a blank layer showing up? If yes, try downloading the project after deleting the blank layers.

so I have tried once again this morning using Chrome both normal and incognito however still no download. I tried with Edge and it worked fine. Than I went to download second video using Edge but it did not work. Can you please guide me on how to share projects as i'm still new to Adobe Express.
