Duplicated text on CCE web page

Question

Recently I have noticed that when students are using the photogrid option on the CCE web page option the grid is broken up into large and awkward spaces. It also duplicates any writing that the students place underneath the photogrid. This was never an issue before, and we have been using these web pages for years!! Is any one else facing this? Is there some way to fix it? It totally wrecks the flow. This example only shows 6 images, but the grid actually contained 9. The text was duplicated below images 4-6 and again 7-9, but there was just a really large gap between 1-3 and 4-6.

Hi Evelynm,

Thank you for bringing this to our notice. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. The app should usually be available afterward. If not, try a different system. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
