Question

Dynamic Text Misaligning When I Download to PDF in Adobe Express

Hello! I'm having an issue getting a file print-ready in Adobe Express. My cover page has a title that I designed using the "dynamic text" feature, and it is center aligned as per the "position" feature (so I know I'm not just imagining that the text is centered). When I download my file to PDF, however, the title jumps over slightly to the left, so it is no longer centered. This is ruining my cover page. I can download to PNG but the whole point for me is getting my document print-ready with the bleeds & crop marks set in Adobe Express. Can anyone help?

Hi @Hannah26596267xzlq

Thank you for reaching out! The issue with dynamic text shifting in PDF exports can happen due to how the text alignment is processed during export.

To help resolve this, please try:

  • Ensuring all text boxes and elements are properly grouped and aligned.

  • If available, export your file using a different browser or the Adobe Express desktop app.

  • Clear your browser cache before exporting again.

If the issue persists, please get back to us. We’re here to help you get your cover page perfectly print-ready!

Thanks! I was on a time crunch so I just re-designed the cover to look like dynamic text myself. How do I download the desktop app? When I try to do it from Adobe home, it just opens my web app. Thanks!
