Elements suddenly disappearing after placing them in image (CC Express)

I've had no issues up until now but suddenly whenever I try to add an element from the 'elements' folder, it appears very briefly on my work and then immediately disappears, with no indication that the command ever happened. Undoing undoes the change made previously, and redo is not an option.. I'm on iPad in case this is an iOS issue?

My images are disappearing too in the browser app. This happens randomly, usually after adding a photo or resizing. I can see the layers, but nothing in the large center area. If I log out and log back in it works again. Just starting happening this week.

i have the same issue when trying to remove the background. It was working until it wasn't. Need help and fix

Hi there,

We are sorry for the experience with Creative Cloud Express. When you say "Add Elements", are you referring to adding design assets? Have you tried the same workflow on the Creative Cloud Express Web app?

Could you please elaborate on the issue and, if possible, kindly share the screenshot of the problem.

Make sure you're using the updated application.

Please update the app as the Disappearance of Design Assets issue is resolved with the new version of Creative Cloud Express.

What about the browser version? I'm having this issue when designing from my web browser but not the app versions. Thanks
