Enhance Speech function has been working on a short piece of audio for days, can I cancel it?

The Enhance Speech function has been working on a short piece of audio for days now and is stopping me from downloading the video I’m working on as it’s still processing. I can’t seem to find a way to cancel it working on the audio, is this possible? At this point I just want to be able to cancel this function so I can download the video.

    Hi ​@Jm37882533llub, That sounds super frustrating , and definitely not the experience we want for you.

    What’s likely happening here is that the Enhance Speech process has gotten stuck mid-way. This can sometimes happen due to a large audio file, a network interruption, or just a temporary glitch.

     

    To unblock things, you can try the following:

    • Clearing the cache/cookies of the browser
    • Duplicating the project and downloading from the copy
    • Refreshing/reopening the project in incognito mode
