erase tool

I am following all the instructions for various tutorials that I've found, but the eraser tool does not seem to exist. My account is part of a university group license--do we not have access to an eraser tool? Please help! I just need to erase part of a line and this is extremely frustrating.

    Hi ​@leafygreens88, the erase tool is available on all plan types, including education and enterprise.  This seems most likely to be a discoverability or a context issue, and not a licensing restriction.

    Can you share a screen recording of the workflow so we can understand exactly what you're trying to achieve? This will help us understand the issue and better guide you.
