We've been putting in some effort to improve the app experience, and we've got some updates that could address the issues you're having trouble with. I recommend checking out this announcement post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/updates-for-the-new-adobe-express-as-of-aug-24th/td-p/14034850. It has steps to help you out with the "Migrating all folders & files" problem, as well as the "Webpage Conversion" issue. Give it a read and see if it makes a difference.
