La app se congela, no me deja ingresar, ya intenté borrar el cachy y reinstalar y no funciona. ¡Ayuda!

Would you mind telling us which platform you are working on? Is it iOS or Android? Since when are you having this issue? Is there a specific workflow you follow that leads to the app freezing? 

Ensure the mobile device and the application are updated to the latest version. If possible, share a screen recording of the workflow; you may also want to share the device make/model for us to investigate the issue.

  • Mi dispositivo es android, Motorola g30.

El problema lleva unos 15 días aproximadamente. La aplicación está actualizada a su última versión.
