Is there a fix to this PDF download error? I'm struggling with this as well. Thanks!

Hi @BrandBridgeMarketingSarah@Weston5FD2,

We tried replicating this issue, but it worked fine on our end. Would it be possible for you to check after switching to a different internet connection? Ensure that you're not on a VPN or have an active firewall.

Also, as a workaround, I'd recommend you download the project as a JPEG & then use the Adobe Express Quick Action 'Convert to PDF' to get a pdf export, so your work doesn't get hampered.

Let us know how it goes.

I've been having the same issue as well when trying to send 3 images to print as PDF. It's #2/3 that is the issue. I have tried Chrome and Safari, regular and Incognito, and get the error below. I was hopeful of the work around, thank you for the tip, but it maybe doesn't work for multiple pages, or the same issue is prevent this workaround.

Hi @Andrea27231388q8jw.

Can you provide more info on this error? I'm guessing this came up while downloading a file as PDF; let us know if that's the case.

Also, Since when has this started showing up? Is this happening every time you download the project?

If possible, share the screen recording of the workflow with this error.

Thanks,

Amitej

Hi @Weston5FD2

Could you try using a different browser or private/incognito browsing mode? You can also try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser.

Let us know if it helps!

Best
