error downloading mp4 project

Hi @100lagrimas, Is this happening with all the projects or this specific one? Also, can you share the font name used? It could be a font-specific issue as well. Try changing the font & then downloading the project once to rule it out.

Additionally, if you're working on the webapp, try clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you work on. You can also try working on the incognito browser mode to check if that makes any difference.

Let us know if downloading the project in JPG/PNG/PDF format hampers the font in the exported file.
