Error Downloading Video

New here. Not the most technical person. I have been working for days on a video for my mom's celebration of life. I downloaded a draft version a few days ago just to test that it would work. I had no problems. However, since then, and after I made many changes and am now ready to download my final version, and it will not download. It gets stuck at 20%, then I get an error message (no number). I have tried clearing the cache, diabling popups, using a different browser,  using a different computer, as well as incognito mode. Any other suggestions? I'm so frustrated and running out of time...need a simple solution. 😞
