Hi ​@BiggBoss, sorry you're running into this, that's frustrating especially with such a small file. I tested this on my end and didn't run into any issues, so it may be something specific to your setup or network.

A couple of things to help narrow it down:

• Which browser and device are you using?

• Are you on a VPN, or a corporate/school/work network?

• Could you try in an incognito/private window, or a different browser, to see if it makes a difference?

• What format is the video file (e.g., MP4, MOV)?
