Error in Video

Hi Adobe Community, I’m keeping experiencing an unexpected issue while editing a video. I receive the following error message: “An unexpected problem has occurred. Try refreshing the page or go back to the home page.” The error included the following UUID: a0d84824-dce2-4065-8574-55b6033348c0 From what I understand, this identifier can help the support team trace the problem. I would really appreciate any suggestions or support on how to resolve it. Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards,
