Error loading images and assets

I have recently started having issues placing images and assets. Instead of the image, there is a box with a small red triangle with exclamation mark. I am a Premium Member, have tried logging out and logging back in, rebooting (and updating) browser (using Google Chrome), creating new docs and pages. I'm stumped. Any advice?
