I have a class of students who are in the middle of making a spark video.  They can login to adobe, but they get an error message wen they are trying to edit their projects.  Can you please help??  It says bad connection.  Firewall blocking spark.

We have come up with this workaround. Please try clearing cache/incognito window. Check if this works.

Sorry for this. Let me see if I can can get an answer for you. I do have one question, though: was everything working OK before this morning 7AM PST?
