Error message when uploading photos

I am trying to upload a saved photo (as a jpg and png) to adobe express and it keeps coming up with "Oops we ran into a problem. Please try again" yet it uploads other photos saved as jpg and png. I have rebooted laptop, cleared cache. Any ideas would be welcome - getting frustrated...   Thank you

    Hi,

     

    besides what others wrote so far I would also try to use another Browser just to check. Also what would be the differences between the pictures that work and that of that what did not work (dimensions, 8 or 16bit, etc.). Hope that helps.

    Hey @JuliaSG, Can you share the workflow you're following to upload the image? Sharing a screen recording would be helpful.

    Is this issue limited to a single photo in both JPEG & PNG format? Could you try changing the image dimensions and uploading to Adobe Express to check if that makes any difference?

     

    Also, if possible, share the image with us so we can check the issue.
