Error message while editing in the app

Hi, I would appreciate some help if anyone knows. I'm trying to edit something in the Adobe Express application and after I enter one of the templates, it gives me the error message that appears in the picture I attached. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? I have a subscription from the college I'm attending and I checked that their plan also includes access to Adobe Express, so I can't figure out what the problem is.

I checked your logs and the error suggests an issue with storage provisioning. Could you check with the admins at your college (who manage Adobe subscriptions) if they have storage provisioned for students? I am also curious if other students are running into the same issue.

Thanks! But isn't it strange that in other Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), I don't have this problem? Does Adobe Express have different storage than the other programs?
