error printing a multi page document to PDF

hi

i've created a 4 page document and not able to print to 1 pdf document. i can print to several pdf pages but not 1 pdf doc. when i clock on "download", i get the printing progress window till 100% then it closes and no option to save the file. i tried to close, refresh Adobe express. i cleared my Temp folder, nothing worked. can you pls help me fix this issue

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you have tried 

 using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV 

 

If that doesn't help, please let us know the steps you followed to print.

thnx a lot for your guidance

i did try all these tricks yet nothing worked. i can still ONLY print to PDF in single files and not multi-page to one pdf file 😞

i also removed adobe pdf extension and installed it back yet nothing changed.

one thing i noticed though, onEdge, i still dont get the notification window to chose the donload location BUT when i tried to close the tab, i got a notification to download the pdf file!!!

any idea what is causing this
