I need urgent help resolving a publishing issue, it may be due to storage but even after deleting files it still gives me the 403 forbidden error

Hi @Northwest29778056nk7l, Can you confirm if you’re on home or office network and if there’s an active firewall or VPN you’re working on?

You may also want to try publishing a webpage in Incognito/private browsing mode or on a different internet connectivity to see if that makes any difference.

it related to a Adobe Cloud Storage space issue, I’m unable to Download unconverted Express webpages to then delete them to free up storage. I had to delete some newer files to resolve the 403 issue but I raised a new bug to fix the core issue:
