Error TRNSUPLD1 when trying to upload a photo

Hello, team,

I am trying to create a web page with a split layout. Upon clicking on a photo, I get this error TRNSUPLD1 and the photo won't appear in my layout. Any idea of what I should do?

Hi Izabela,

 

Thanks for reaching us. Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error to better understand and investigate the issue? Also, is this happening with all the uploaded images or any specific one? Could you try creating a fresh webpage project after clearing cache/cookies of the browser you're using, or try working on incognito/private browser mode?
