Error when sync files on creative cloud

Hello guys, I'm talking from Brazil, and I have been experiencing this problem shoed below in the image.Does my cloud save just can't sync my files, any idea how to fix it?

We are sorry about the trouble you are facing while syncing files to the Creative Cloud. Would you mind telling us the size of the file you're syncing and what storage is available to your account? How many files are syncing right now?
