Erstellung eines öffentlichen Links von einer Bibliothek nicht möglich.

Question

Moin Moin,wie schon im Betreff zusammengefasst, ist es mir nicht möglich einen "öffentlichen Link" zu erstellen.Die Fehlermeldung ist im Anhang zu sehen. Ich habe 100%ig eine Internetverbindung. Sowie ist dies bisher nicht Temprär, da ich seit gestern über mehre Stunden hinweg es immer wieder probiert habe.Ich habe ebenfalls eine neue Test Bibliothek erstellt und versucht einen öffentlichen Link zu erstellen. Wie zu erwarten kommt der gleiche Fehler. Hat hier jemand erfahrung damit gemacht und kann mir evtl. sagen woran es liegt?Der Support unterstützt leider keine "kostenfreien Programme"(welche ich eh nur mit einem kostenpflichtigen Abo wirklich nutzen kann).Viele liebe GrüßeLukas

Hi Lukas,

Thank you for the information and screen shot. If I understand correctly you are unable to create a link to a library to share with others because you get an error "Link could not be loaded The link could not be found. There may be a connection problem. Try again later." Is that correct?

A few related questions:

Is the issue related to Creative Cloud Express?
Does it happen for all libraries or just this one?
Can you try sharing from a different device?
There are a few different ways a share libraries, can you describe the steps you are taking (screen shots would help too if possible)
Are you the owner of the library?
