    Hi @David R.

    Understood.

So this is a feature that doesn't exist in Express today, not something you can solve with the current settings. What you're asking for is two specific things:

    • Export the GIF at the document size (without quality changing the dimensions).
    • Being able to choose which pages/slides to include in the export.

The best place to request it, where the product team weighs it, is UserVoice: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express. I'd describe it exactly as you told me, including that Canva already does this and that your team uses Express for the InDesign-to-Express export.

And on my side, I'll pass it along internally too, thank you again!

    Hi!

You're right that Express only shows the quality options when exporting to GIF, and yes, the quality you pick affects the output size. You're not doing anything wrong.

The first thing worth trying, since it's worked for other users to preserve dimensions:

    • Choose High quality when you export. That's the one that tends to keep your document's original size.

    • If you're exporting several pages at once, download them one at a time rather than all together. Batch export is what usually changes the dimensions; individual download at High quality preserves them much better.

    I hope this helps,

    Rose
