Exporting Adobe Express docs to be able to edit and publish inside inDesign

I want some clarification on whether we can Export documents created in Adobe Express to be able to edit and publish inside inDesign. My search results come up mixed and confusing here on this issue. I am wondering if maybe there's a plugin I am not aware of that could help with this or something I am not seeing.
