Express doesn't save projects

Hello everybody!

I use Adobe Express on my smartphone and in the browser of my office PC. 

While I'm able to save and download projects from my phone, that doesn't work in the browser. I can work on my projects without any problems but when it comes to leave the project Adobe Express tells me it's not done with saving. But I can wait a lifetime and it won't finish. The little cloud-icon rotates a while and then finally shows an x.

I tried to delete the cache, the cookies, I tried incognito browser and another browser. Nothing helps. 

 

Since my phone screen is to small to work properly on some projects I really need the browser-Version as well. What can I do?

 

(My projects made on the phone appear in "my-Stuff" in the browser, but I cant open them there.)

    As a follow up, I duplicated the file and the duplicate is saved and now able to share. The original still says it is not finished saving.

    I'm a new user of Adobe Express and I'm getting a similar problem. I create a new file and it's supposed to autosave each certain minutes or after you modify something... but I always get the same message that file can't be saved. I first tried in Firefox, it didn't work so I installed the app in Android, my phone is a Samsung S24 Ultra and I got the same problem. I can't even edit because I'm getting that message all the time and diesnt even let me make any change. Also, everytime I try to generate something by AI it says the file can't be saved so I can't use it 🤦🏻‍♂

      Same problem today on chrome. I can open the project with the link and see it in my projects but when trying to share or download it forever says "we are working on your file. You'll be able to download soon"

      Hi @Gretchen35986304rgck,

       

      We're sorry to hear about this. A few things to check below.

       

      1. Did you try reloading the browser to check if that helps?

      2. Do you see a red warning sign or orange icon on that asset on the page? If so, you can try to re-add it (delete and re-add, or replace it with the same source).

        Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know when you have been seeing this issue. Have you recently made any changes to your browser? Did you check your projects here https://adobe.ly/3Ztwffw?

         

        Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? Try resetting your firewall and check if that makes any difference.

        @Caroline322002888be2, I'm sorry you're having trouble. It's been some time since you last reported this issue, and I haven't been able to reproduce this error.

        Please retest this and let us know how things are going.

        I don't know about the original post, but I am having this issue today. All the same points apply. It is 1:00 pm  on 7/25/24 and the file has been "saving" since 11:30am.
