Express is refusing to download anything

This has happened on Chrome, Chrome incognito, Edge, Android as well as the Windows Store app. All of them refuse to download, and it's not just one file but every file. This is absolutely insane. I can't even share by email or anything, it says an error occured and it'll be looked into. But when? I'm literally paying for "Convert & export to and from PDFs and other file types" yet I can't do those things.

I have cleared the cache of every single browser. I have made sure there are no firewall blocks.
