Express resizes stock photos - too small for newsletter - how to fix?

Hello - question - I used to be able to use stock photos from my Adobe Express paid account in my newsletter (with proper credit, of course). 

 

Now, whenever I pull an image, Express resizes it so it's too small for the space allocated in my newsletter platform (Mailchimp). 

 

I don't know what's changed or how to fix it, but this is one of the things I pay to use Express to do.

We need your help by clarifying the following: 

  1. How was this image imported into your project?
  2. Was the issue during "Download" or during "Share"?
  3. Was this on Desktop/Mobile, and if Mobile, was this Mobile App or Mobile Web?

Can you please share a screen recording of the workflow you described? It'll help us investigate the issue better. Also, does it happen every time you use a stock image? Can you share the dimensions used for the newsletter and the dimensions of the stock image?
Can you drag and adjust the images as per the allocated space? 

 

Please share the details so we can work on this.

Here's an example of what it does. It immediately resizes the image, making it too small to use on social or anywhere. The first image is how it appears in Adobe Express. The second image is how it looks on social media. 

 

Very frustrating. And unusable.

Thanks for sharing your screenshots — we understand how frustrating this must be. Could you confirm if the stock image is used directly from Adobe Express or uploaded manually? Also, is the resizing happening inside Express or only after export?
