express schedule error with twitter

i am using adobe express schedule to plan social media posts, it works fine with instagram and linkedin however i cant seem to schedule a post for twitter? i am wanting to upload a video but it says the video is over the maximum height allowed for twitter. I have checked this and it is within the twitter requirements. Even if i make the video smaller adobe still gaves me this same message. any help with this?
