Express Webpage freezes when a certain project is selected

That sounds really frustrating, especially on an important project - let's try to get you unblocked!

Since it's one specific project freezing (the one with 14 sub-pages) while your others and a new project load fine, this looks like something with that project itself rather than your browser or account.

A couple of things worth trying that you haven't mentioned:

→ Duplicate the project (from your project list, without opening it - the "…" menu → Duplicate) and try opening the copy. Sometimes a fresh copy loads when the original won't, and it protects your original either way.
→ If the copy opens, try removing or duplicating just the heaviest page (lots of images/video/animations) to see if one specific page is what's stopping it.

If neither gets it loading, I'd like to get this in front of our team to look at directly. The most useful thing would be to share the project with us so we can see exactly what's happening. To do that safely, duplicate it first and share the copy - that way your original stays untouched:

• Duplicate the project first (from your project list, "…" menu → Duplicate), then open the copy

• Click Share (top-right) → next to Copy link, click the settings gear

• Under "Who has access," open the dropdown and choose Anyone with the link

• Set "Link recipients act as" to Editor (it'll confirm "Anyone with the link can edit, download and share")

• Click Copy link and DM it to me

Two quick things that'll also help: roughly when did it start (you said ~2 days - anything change around then, like adding a page or asset?), and does the freeze happen the instant it loads, or only when you click something on the canvas?
