Failed to fetch

Hello, I can't save a pdf, it comes the message Failed to fetch. I can just save in jpg. Help? thank you

Would you mind telling us which Adobe Application you are working on and if possible, please share the screenshot or the screen recording of the workflow you follow that leads to this error?
