Failed to license one or more images

Receiving this error in Adobe Express iOS app "Failed to license one or more images" when I try to add a photo stock image to a project. I've had an active monthly full creative suite subscription for about 15 years. I use photo stock every week, never had an issue. Today I get this error. I've signed out of the app and signed back in. I've signed out, deleted the app, rebooted my iPhone, reinstalled the app, signed back in and still have the same error. What's up with this?

Hi all,

We apologize for the frustration caused. There was an ongoing outage with Adobe Stock, which was resolved by our team. You can view the details here: https://status.adobe.com/cloud/creative_cloud

Please try again and let us know if you still have trouble with it.

Best,

Amitej

It's ridiculous this hasn't been fixed yet. I've been a paid subscriber $60 a month for the full suite for over 15 years and this is completely unacceptable. I'm exploring new options with competitors. What suites have others found that are comparable or better? Share why they're comparable, better or easier to use.

I'm getting a ""Uh Oh failed to license one or more images" on Adobe Express. I've been using this app for years, no problems.
My subscription is upto date

I have updated the app. So I have the last version.
…the message still comes up whether I'm trying to use a licensed or an open access photo. I am using an iPad Pro. Anyone else is having this issue? Suggestions on what to do?

There is another thread talking about this same issue but After dealing with Adobe's less than helpful customer support, this is the statement I received from them:

"We wish to inform you Adobe Stock/Website has encountered some service/site repair challenges due to which you are currently unable to use the stock functionality fully, we are currently working to restore full functionality at the earliest. However, it might take 24hr - 48hrs for the website for fully operational again.
Hence we would request your understanding and co-operation."

pretty crappy. Basically nothing you can do until they take their time resolving the issue. Small businesses everywhere are getting held up by this
