Question

Failure to download completed video file

I have completed and downloaded a dozen projects with no issue.  I have a finalized 14 minute slide show video with music that is stopping at 20% completed preparing file and then delivering a "failed" message.  I have tried a different computer,  incognito mode, cleared cache,  deleting some scenes and music but it still fails at 20%.  I appreciated suggestions.

@gregg_2161 Your document contains more than 278 High resolution images, there may be difficulty exporting document into video. We are committed support such use cases where large number of images are used, but solution is not fully ready.

A workaround at the moment which you can try.
- Split the document sceneline into multiple pages (restrict it below 100 images per page)
- Export video for each page to a video
- Then use express to stitch the videos using express merge videos feature.

Hi @gregg_2161

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does creating a duplicate instance of the file and trying to download that instance make any difference? If it is still failing and you want to send me a direct message with a link to the duplicate file with download rights I can try downloading to see if it fails for me too.

Thanks,
Dave

Thank you. I did try creating a duplicate file and downloading. With the
duplicate I removed maybe 25 p pictures and the music to see if possibly
the overall file size was too great, but had no effect. I also tried
downloading at 720 vs the original 1080 size and that failed as well. The
file does run fine in the application.

Here is the link.

Thank you for the assistance.
