Files Missing!

HELP!!! 

Our organization has used Adobe Express for years now for all of our image-making within our organization. Last week, after attempting to add on Adobe Illustrator to our license, ALL of our previous images made in Adobe Express are no longer available. I have tried contacting customer support, online chats, and Facebook messaging with little to no success. I've attempted to log in to the OLD Adobe Express using express.adobe.com, yet, now, I'm forced to the new website. We have hundreds of images that have been lost. I'm thoroughly disappointed in Adobe for the lack of customer service and the inability to help me retrieve hundreds of files that are now un-retrievable. We've tried using different browsers to see if that would help alleviate the issue with no luck at all. Has anyone else experienced this and found something helpful to retrieve their information?

Same problem here. Cannot see any of my old files. 100s of files are gone. The only thing the app says is hold on will be retrieved soon. I did find a workaround, if online (not mobile app) you can search for the file if you know the name. Most files are there just not displayed on the first screen until you search.
