Files missing / Adobe Express Beta

I don't remember what the prior express app in the Creative Cloud was called (perhaps it was just 'Adobe Express' without the word 'Beta'?) but with the arrival of the new 'Adobe Express Beta' I cannot find my roughly 100 design files from the previous express app. Please help.

Hi @Sarah

Welcome to Adobe Express Community!!

The projects created with non-Beta Adobe Express can be accessed at express.adobe.com with the same Account ID you used. You'd find all your projects there.

And

The projects created in the BETA app will be available only at new.express.adobe.com/

Also, I'd like to inform you that Adobe Express BETA projects differ from those in Adobe Express(non-Beta). And currently, it is still not possible to move projects between the two versions, but that feature will be available soon.

Let us know if this helps!

Best,

Amitej

I am also unable to access the (prior) version, even using direct links or trying to launch from Adobe Creative Cloud. We had web pages that are published and need editing and without warnign I am now unable to access. Yesterday I was creating in the prior version just fine, today there is a major roadblock and I have to recreate the whole project in Beta. Very frustrating.

Hi Megan,

I'm sorry for the frustrating experience. Are you able to find your web pages in the new version of express? All of your web pages should have been migrated over. Please provide screenshots and I'll do my best to assist. Thank you!

I also cannot open a large project I was working on.  All of my other Adobe Express Pages moved to the New Version but I am missing one critical project.  Can you help?

I have also lost all of my work. Is there any way to get all of our project back?  Not a single link works either, its like the files are no longer there? I tried going to the old version and have had no luck.

I also have lost all of my files from using the legacy Adobe Express (Spark?) 2020-September of 2022. Please assist or forward my request.

Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem. I can access Adobe Express Beta, but all of my files are still on the old Adobe Express which I am unable to access. I just receive an error message saying refresh to login, but it never works. Have tried different internet connections, Chrome and Safari, the iPhone App, clearing cache and incognito mode. Nothing works. You'd think a company like Adobe would be able to weed out these issues before going live with the product. Absolutely ridiculous.
