Question

Files Won't Download on Android App

Any ideas?

Suddenly, working in the field today, the app refused to turn projects into PNG downloads.

Is this some Amazon server issue or what?

Hi @nice_adventure5C1E,

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this 😔. Could you try restarting the app and your device, then attempt the download again? Does the issue happen with all projects or only specific ones? Please share screenshots or a short screen recording in the community so our team can investigate further. We appreciate your patience!
