firefly favorites lost

I'm having a similar problem in Adobe Express with templates.  All my hearted/saved templates are just gone.  It makes zero sense, it's a STANDARD feature of sites and apps to essentially save or bookmark without the items disappearing when you have a log in.  With a log in.  I didn't even clear my browser, but that's not even an acceptable excuse.  I spent hours looking thru their templates and choosing the right ones and now I can't retrieve them.  I would be livid if it was completed projects.  How can you even trust a system/tool that can't save or bookmark something?  How do you even get help for this issue?  I tried their AI chat bot, that didn't work.  I see your post is from a year ago and there's no response on it from Help/Tech. 

SAME here! I use 4 other AI image apps and NONE of them have this issue. According to Adobe, they save these files on your browser so if you ever clear the cache, which most people do at least once a month, you lose all your designs. It's INSANE that this is their system and they don't even bother to include a clear alert anywhere about this. Not worth the $ at all. I canceled my subscription but the week I spent on the design of these images is GONE.
