Fixing voice over

Can Express fix bad or uneven voice over audio? Can some one link me to where it is. I seem to remember playing with something Adobe had online (thought it was Express). It did a great job and now I need that feature for real and can't find it.

    Ah it was enhance not express. Thank you so much. I did a little test when I was messing with it and was pretty impressed. I guess I didn't remember the name.
