Hi There!

Hope you are all well. I want to ask a question. Can I use free plan of adobe express with their free elements (not marked with crown) to offer freelance services such as youtube thumnail designer and social media post designer etc? I am poor and that's why I can't pay for premium account. I don't want to get into any trouble. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @saqlain_1915,

Thank you for your question. You can use the free plan of Adobe Express to create designs for freelance work, like YouTube thumbnails or social media posts, as long as you use only free assets (those not marked with a crown). These free assets come with a standard license that allows personal and commercial use https://adobe.ly/3I14uWg?

Important: Premium assets (crown-marked) require a paid subscription for commercial use. Using premium assets on a free plan may prevent exporting until you upgrade https://adobe.ly/4p3BDRI?

Tips to stay safe:

  • Use the Free filter when searching for assets.

  • Be aware that some free assets can become premium over time.

  • Check Adobe’s nonprofit discounts if needed https://adobe.ly/4mVGIds?

More info on the free plan and its features: https://adobe.ly/3JPH0E6 Express Free Plan

You’re good to go creating professionally while staying on the free plan!
