Free Transform in Adobe Express?

I need to transform text and graphics in express to be stretched vertically only. Is there functionality to do that in adobe express? I've used the free transform feature in illustrator before, but I only seem to be able to resize while maintaining the proportions of the original block.

Same issue -- can't figure out how to free transform.

But maybe this is a feature differenetiator between this lower end product and a higher end, professional one like Illustrator....?
