Free trial ERROR

Question

I want to cancel my suscription but when I click on the botton it tells me that the signing in through social media linking is not allowed, so I should please enter the code they sent me.
After I do this it asks me to enter a new password, so I do, once again. After that nothing else happens, so I'm literally unable to cancel my suscrpition and there is no way I can contact with support.

ANYONE ELSE WITH THIS PROBLEM? I feel scammed.

If you're using a computer, you can cancel the free trial by following the steps here. If you're using an Android device, this link would be useful. By following these steps, you can cancel the trial for any iOS device.
