Generate QR Feature Not Showing in Adobe Express

Is anyone else NOT seeing the Generate QR code feature in Adobe Express? It used to be so easy to find, but this latest update is making it impossible to find.

    I am having the same issue. I just started using Adobe Express. I am on a paid premium membership using Chrome. I have searched for it and in the YouTube videos that come up, etc, it is there, obvious on the menu bar on the left or in the Quick Actions, but it isn’t showing up on my screen. If I go to the home search bar and type “Generate QR code” then it comes up. But even then I have to create a new document with the QR code, then bring it into my current project, instead of just being able to create it from within the project.

    Thanks for reaching out - I just tried it myself from an open project, and it did work for me, would you be able to share a screen recording of the issue so I can see what’s happening on your end a little clearer? That way if it’s a bug, I can also pass that along to the product team too!

     

    I’ve included screenshots to show how I got there, and some steps below, to make sure we’re on the same page 😊

    1. Open your project
    2. Use the search bar on the left to search for “QR Code”
    3. Once QR code is generated, click “Insert QR Code” to place it into the current project

    Thank you! That does work. It would still be nice if there were a button on the left with everything else.

    Hi ​@andrea_6855 , This shouldn't be happening!

    Can you please share the platform details which you're using?

    We’d need the device make and model details, with the OS version and Express app version if on any mobile device. If you're on a desktop, you can share the browser details. 

    Also, share some screenshots of instances where Geenrate QR code usually shows up and is not coming up for you, like

    1. Quick actions under the plus ‘+’ icon in top right corner

     

    • On the global search

     

    You may want to give it a try in incognito/private browsing mode and still if the issue persists share a screenrecording of the workflow and we’ll investigate it for you.

    Hello. I am also not seeing the QR code generator on quick actions. I am running Windows 11. I am a paid premium member. It will not even show up in search.

    To help us look into this further, could you please let us know which platform you’re using? Are you on desktop or mobile, and what is the device make and model?
